Far Niente’s kitchen team of over 20 cooks and sous chefs, represent a rich array of cultures and Together, they work in their newly designed kitchen…and create their magic.

Our dessert menu features whimsical creations such as Belgian Chocolate S’mores, with housemade marshmallows. Pastry Chef Lesley Steh also offers dishes inspired by the sublime, a heavenly Mascarpone Cheesecake with Wild Blueberry Preserve and a decandent Walnut Carrot Cake with a Cream Cheese Icing and Maple Bavarian Cream. A selection of ice creams and sorbets from exclusive supplier, Solferino reflect the seasons.
